When you receive defective products or receives wrong products, please contact us within 7 days after the arrival of products.

We do not accept replacement for products that fall under any of the following:

  • Products after 8 days of products arrival
  • Opened and used products (exclude defective product)
  • Sale products (Discounted products), Lucky bag products

Please make sure you provide your order number with your return. and that your products are wrapped well so that they arrive in a re-saleable condition.
Once we have received your return, we will contact you by email to inform you of your return and refund.

Returns and exchanges at the convenience of the customer

As a general rule, when customer is not satisfied with the product or size, exchanges and returns are acceptable only if the products are unopened and unused. Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.

*After 8 days of arrival, we will not accept exchanges and returns, so please check the product immediately after it arrives
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the delivered product cannot be stocked or resold, such as when it has been lost or used.
*Customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee. There is no designated shipping company.
