Article 1 (Membership)

  1. "Member" means an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures set out by the Company and who agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. "Member Information" means the information disclosed by the member to the Company regarding the member's attributes and the member's transaction history.

This agreement applies to all members and is a set of terms and conditions to be followed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Membership qualification

    After agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, customers who have applied for membership in accordance with the prescribed application procedures are eligible for membership after completing the prescribed registration procedures. The registration process must be carried out by the person who is to become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse membership applications from people whose membership has been revoked in the past, or from other people who we deem unsuitable.

  2. Entering your membership details

    When registering for membership, please read the instructions carefully and fill in the required information correctly on the form. Special symbols, old Chinese characters and Roman numerals cannot be used in the registration of membership information. If any of these characters are registered, we will change them.

  3. Password management

    (1) The password shall be available only to the member himself, and shall not be transferred to a third party, lending.

    (2) The password is not to be known to others, such as changing it periodically, the member is responsible for the management of the password.

    (3) Any statement of intent made to the Company using the password is deemed to be the member's own statement of intent, and any payment arising from such statement shall be the responsibility of the member.

Article 3 (Change)

  1. Members shall promptly notify the company of any changes to their name, address or other information provided to the company.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure to register any change. Please note that even if a change is registered, transactions that have already been processed prior to the change registration will be carried out based on the information before the change registration.

Article 4 (Withdrawal from membership)

In the event that a member wishes to cancel their membership, the member must complete the cancellation procedure themselves. The membership will be terminated after the completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedures.

Article 5 (Loss of membership and compensation obligations)

  1. When a member has made a false declaration when applying for membership, has failed to pay a bill through mail order, or has any other reason that the Company deems inappropriate for membership, the Company may cancel the membership.
  2. When a member commits any of the following acts, the member shall be liable to compensate the Company for any loss or damage incurred.

    (1) Unauthorised use of membership number or password.

    (2) To interfere with the Company's business by accessing this website, falsifying information, or sending harmful computer programs to this website.

    (3) To infringe the intellectual property rights of the products handled by the Company.

    (4) To commit any other acts contrary to these Terms of Use.

Article 6 (Handling of member information)

  1. The Company will not disclose member information to any third party without the prior consent of the member in principle. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member.

    (1) If you are required by law to disclose.

    (2) If the Company deems it necessary to protect the rights, interests, reputation, etc. of the Company.

  2. The Company manages member information in accordance with the Company's "Commitment to Personal Information Protection". The Company may use member information for the purpose of providing services to members, improving service content, promoting the use of services, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.

  3. The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to members through mail magazines and other methods. In the event that a member does not wish to receive information from the Company, the Company will stop providing information to that effect if the member notifies the Company in accordance with the prescribed method. However, for the provision of information necessary for the operation of this service can not be stopped at the request of the member.

Article 7 (Prohibited matters)

  1. To violate any law or regulation or this Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Shopping Terms of Service, or any other terms and conditions.
  2. To damage the rights, interests or reputation of the Company or any other third party
  3. To act in a manner that may have a negative impact on the mental or physical health of young people, or act in a manner that is offensive to public order and morals

Article 8 (Interruption and suspension of the service)

  1. In order to maintain a good working condition of this service, if any of the following applies, without notice, the Company may stop all or part of the provision of this service.

    (1) When it is necessary for regular or emergency maintenance of the system.

    (2) When the load on the system is concentrated.

    (3) When the operation of the system becomes difficult due to fire, power failure, or sabotage by a third party.

    (4) When the Company deems it necessary to suspend the system due to any other unavoidable reasons.

Article 9 (Change and abolition of the service)

The Company may, at its discretion, change or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the interruption, delay, discontinuation, or loss of data in the system due to the failure of communication lines or computers, damage caused by unauthorized access to data, or any other damage caused to members in relation to the Company's services.
  2. The Company does not guarantee that the contents of e-mails sent from the Company's web pages, servers, domains, etc., do not contain harmful things such as computer viruses.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of a member's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 11 (Revision of this Agreement)

The Company reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time, and the Company may establish terms and conditions to supplement the Terms and Conditions (the "Supplementary Terms"). Amendments or supplements to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect when the revised Terms and Conditions or supplementary terms are posted on our website. In this case, the member shall be subject to the revised terms and conditions and supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Governing law, court of jurisdiction)

In the event of any dispute regarding this Agreement, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance.

Article 13 (Purchase by minors)

If you are a minor, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian in order to purchase this product. Please make sure that you have obtained consent and ticked the box.
